Cancellation & Refund Policy
Sightseeing Tour Cancellation Policy
Tours may be rescheduled 24 hours or more prior to the originally scheduled tour date and time. If a tour is rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a rescheduling fee will apply. To reschedule a tour, passenger(s) must contact Over the Falls Tours, Inc. The Cancellation / Refund Policy will not apply once a tour has been rescheduled. Rescheduled tours are non-refundable.
Airport Transportation Cancellation Policy
Reservations for Airport Transportation must be cancelled 24 hours or more prior to your scheduled pick-up time or originally scheduled flight arrival time to qualify for a refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours are non-refundable. Services may be rescheduled. Rescheduling fees may apply.
Passenger(s) are required to follow pick-up instructions provided. If passenger(s) are not present or on time for their scheduled pick-up time or originally scheduled flight arrival time they will be considered a “No Show.” If passenger(s) cannot locate their driver, they are required to call Over the Falls Tours, Inc. to avoid being considered a “No Show.” “No Shows” are non-refundable.
Over the Falls Tours, Inc. will not issue refunds for flight delays, missed flights, cancelled flights, traffic delays, or any other circumstance beyond our control.
Group Tour & Charter Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 15 days prior to the first scheduled service date will incur no additional penalties; however, your deposit is non-refundable. If services are canceled less than 15 days prior to the first scheduled service date, a 50% penalty of the total service cost will apply. There are no refunds for cancellations within seven days of first scheduled service date. Deposits, rescheduled services, and “No Shows” are non-refundable. Over the Falls Tours, Inc. will not issue refunds due to circumstances beyond our control.Passenger(s) are required to follow pick-up instructions provided. If passenger(s) are not present or on time for their scheduled pick-up time or originally scheduled flight arrival time they will be considered a “No Show.” If passenger(s) cannot locate their driver, they are required to call Over the Falls Tours, Inc. to avoid being considered a “No Show.” “No Shows” are non-refundable.
Hotel Packages Cancellation Policy
Hotel cancellation policies vary and are subject to the policies of each individual hotel property. Most hotels require 72 hours prior notice of cancellation.
How to Cancel a Service Reservation
All cancellations must be called into 716-283-8900 or toll free 1-877-783-8900 between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Terms & Policies
Border Crossing Policy and Requirements
At the time of any international border crossing, it is the responsibility of each passenger to have in their possession valid passports or other acceptable travel documents. For updated information on travel documents, including special groups (parents, children, and Native Americans).

- Native-born US or Canadian citizens: Enhanced Drivers License, US Passport or US Passport Card, or Nexus Card.
- Naturalized US Citizens: Option 1 – Naturalization Certificate and photo ID, OR Option 2 – US Passport.
- Resident Aliens of the US: Permanent Resident Alien Green Card or Passport from the country of citizenship with the I-551 Stamp.
- All International Visitors: Valid machine readable passport with proper travel documents (I-94 card, Canadian / US Visa if required, IAP-66, J-forms, etc).
- Foreign Exchange Students: Must bring along all appropriate paperwork including an IAP-66 (pink form) and an original I-20 in addition to their passport and I-94 card.
- Persons 18 and under: Original Birth Certificate. If traveling with someone other than parent / legal guardian, they should bring a letter from parent / legal guardian giving them permission to travel to Canada.
What documents do I need to enter Canada or the United States?
All individuals wishing to cross the U.S.-Canadian border are required to present one of the following travel documents:
- Passport
- Passport CardEnhanced Driver’s License (EDL)
- Trusted Traveler Program Cards (Nexus, Centri)

Any passenger(s) unable to cross the border and their service is terminated and or delayed, will not be issued a refund, nor will the responsibility of return transportation be paid for or provided to the point of origin by Over the Falls Tours, Inc. Any additional transportation required as a result of being denied or delayed entry at the international border will incur additional charges.
Lost Item(s) Policy
Neither Over the Falls Tours, Inc. nor our drivers or guides are responsible for personal item(s) left in our vehicles after a service ends.
We’re here to help locate lost item(s), but cannot guarantee your personal item will be found. If your item is located, Over the Falls Tours, Inc. will make arrangements to return the lost item(s). When mailing is required, mailing and postage fees are the responsibility of the customer. When returning a personal item by mail, the customer is responsible for a flat fee in the amount of $20.00 plus the cost of postage; Mailing fees are due and payable prior to returning the lost item. If a customer prefers, arrangements can also be made to come to our office to pick up lost items.
Returning Lost Items. Please contact Over the Falls Tours, Inc. if you believe you may have left an item(s) behind. If your item(s) is located, we will make arrangements with you to return your lost item(s); Additional fees will apply. Customers are responsible to pay a flat fee of $20.00 plus the cost of postage if mailing is required. Customers may also make arrangements to come to our office to pick up their lost item during business hours. Over the Falls Tours, Inc. is not responsible for personal items left behind on our vehicles.
One Day Tour Package from New York City
Terms and Policy:
- Tour operator is not responsible for cancelled or delayed flights; If return flight is cancelled, return may be by bus.
- Tour operator assumes no liability or responsibility for airline and bus delays. In case of passengers required to overnight in Niagara Falls due to weather or cancellation of flights/bus, any additional costs incurred by passengers for hotel accommodations, meals and personal expenditures will be the responsibility of the passengers.
- Tour operator assumes no liability or responsibility for delays or missed attractions due to weather, high volume or unforeseen circumstances beyond the operator’s control
- Cancellation Policy: One Day Tour Packages from New York City are non-refundable; 100 % cancellation fee applies.

Over the Falls Tours, Inc. reserves the right to change tour prices, pick-up times, itineraries, and attractions without notice. Over the Falls Tours, Inc. reserves the right to reschedule itineraries and substitute attractions of equal value to better serve you as warranted by circumstances at the time of your tour.
Dining selections and menu items on meal tours may vary.
Over the Falls Tours, Inc. assumes no responsibility for the establishment of attraction entry fees or the value there-of. The management of said attractions has established said entry fees and values.
Tour durations are approximate. Tour schedules and itineraries during holidays may vary.
Over the Falls Tours, Inc. is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control. Over the Falls Tours, Inc. assumes no responsibility when delays in the park systems, traffic delays, delays at international bridges, inclement weather, vehicle malfunction or any other delays beyond our control cause late pick-ups, late drop-offs, service delays, or changes of the tour itinerary.
Passenger(s) are required to follow pick-up instructions provided. If passenger(s) are not present or on time for their tour, they will be considered a “No Show.” If passenger(s) cannot locate their driver, they are required to call Over the Falls Tours, Inc. to avoid being considered a “No Show.”
Sightseeing Tour Rescheduling Policy

Sightseeing Tour Pick-Up Service Policy
Over the Falls Tours, Inc. provides our tour customers with FREE & convenient pick-up service in Niagara Falls, New York and Niagara Falls, Ontario. Pick-up service outside of Niagara Falls, New York and Niagara Falls, Ontario may be available. Pick-up fees apply.
*RESTRICTION: FREE pick-up service for the All American Tour is restricted to Niagara Falls, New York ONLY. Customers that are staying in Niagara Falls, Ontario and purchase the All American or All American Illumination Tours can meet their tour at our central pick-up point(s) in Niagara Falls, New York. All American Tour customers who require pick-up service in Niagara Falls, Ontario will be charged a pick-up fee. For pick-up fees and service availability, contact Over the Falls Tours, Inc. directly.
*RESTRICTION: FREE pick-up service for the All American Tour is restricted to Niagara Falls, New York ONLY. Customers that are staying in Niagara Falls, Ontario and purchase the All American or All American Illumination Tours can meet their tour at our central pick-up point(s) in Niagara Falls, New York. Sightseeing Tour Guide / Driver Gratuity
Tour Guide / Driver gratuity is not included in the cost of your service. You may request to add gratuity to the cost of your service or you may pay the tour guide/driver directly. A 15% gratuity is suggested.

Over the Falls Tours, Inc. is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control. Over the Falls Tours, Inc. assumes no responsibility when flight cancellations, flight delays, missed flights, traffic delays, delays at international bridges, inclement weather, vehicle malfunction, or any other delays beyond our control cause late pick-ups, late drop-offs, or service delays.
Passenger(s) are required to follow pick-up instructions provided. If passenger(s) do not follow pick-up instructions, additional fees will apply. If passengers cannot locate their driver, they are required to call Over the Falls Tours, Inc. to avoid being considered a “No Show.” “No Shows” are non-refundable.
Airport Transportation Rescheduling
Services must be rescheduled 12 hours or more prior to the scheduled pick-up time or the originally scheduled flight arrival time. If a service is rescheduled with less than 12 hours notice, additional fees will apply.
Airport Transportation Stand-By Travelers
Stand-by travelers must contact Over the Falls Tours, Inc. immediately upon confirming a scheduled flight. Airport Service Rescheduling Policy does not apply. Stand-by travelers that cancel 24 hours or less to their scheduled arrival date will be subject to administrative fees.
Toronto Airport Services
Toronto Airport Services do not include use of the 407 Express Toll Road (407 ETR). You may request use of this road for an additional fee.
Driver Gratuity / Availability
Driver gratuity is not included. You may request to add gratuity to the cost of your service or you may pay the driver directly. A 15% gratuity is suggested. Over the Falls Tours, Inc. cannot guarantee that you will receive the same driver for each service booked. Drivers may be requested, however we cannot guarantee availability.
Flight Delays
Clients are responsible for contacting Over the Falls Tours, Inc. with any known flight delays, immediately. Service includes 1-hour of driver wait time at the airport from the originally scheduled flight arrival time. Additional wait time will be charged at a rate of $35.00 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
Non-Airport Pick-Ups
Passenger(s) are required to be present and on time for scheduled (Non-Airport) pick-ups; a 10 minute grace period is permitted for each (Non-Airport) pick-up. Additional wait time will be charged at a rate of $35.00 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
Multiple Pick-Ups and Drop-Offs
One pick-up and one drop-off address is included in each service. Multiple pick-ups and / or drop-offs are subject to additional fees.
Additional Stops
Additional stops will be charged a fee of $5.00 per stop. Wait time will incur a $35.00 per hour charge, billed in 15-minute increments.
Baggage Limit
Two pieces of standard size luggage and one piece of carry-on luggage per-person is permitted. Luggage exceeding the limit is charged an additional fee each way. Oversized luggage, including bicycles, golf clubs, skis, will be charged an additional fee each way. Over the Falls Tours, Inc. is not responsible for luggage or personal items left on board the vehicles.
Traffic Border Delays
A maximum of 20 minutes is permitted for traffic delays at each international border crossing. Additional wait time will be charged at rate of $35.00 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
Immigration Border Delays
Any immigration delays at the international border will be charged at a rate of $35.00 per hour billed in 15-minute increments.
Service Area
“Service Area” refers to an address within a 15-mile radius of the Over the Falls Tours, Inc.’s corporate office or the Buffalo Airport, Niagara Falls Airport, or Toronto Airport. Pick-ups and / or drop-offs outside of the “Service Area” will be charged an additional mileage fee.
