General Inquiries

Where does the Over the Falls tour pick me up?
Your Over the Falls tour guide will pick you up and drop you off at your lodging location. Over the Falls provides FREE pick-up service anywhere in Niagara Falls, NY and Niagara Falls, Ontario. If you are staying elsewhere, we have several convenient, central pick-up locations in Niagara Falls. Call ahead to 716-283-8900 or 1-877-783-8900 for directions.

What type of clothing should I wear?
Dress comfortably and casually according to the time of the year. You will be doing some walking so wear sneakers or comfortable walking shoes.

Can I bring my camera on the Maid of the Mist boat ride?
Yes, it is safe to bring your camera on the Maid of the Mist boat. You will get some excellent photographs from that vantage point. When you enter the mist, you can put your camera under the raincoat supplied by the cruise line or you may bring a plastic bag to protect your camera.

What documents do I need to enter Canada or the United States?
All individuals wishing to cross the U.S.-Canadian border are required to present one of the following travel documents:

  • Passport
  • Passport Card
  • Enhanced Driver’s License (EDL)
  • Trusted Traveler Program Cards (Nexus, Centri)

Guided Tours

What are the Over the Falls tour times?
The tour times vary according to the time of season you are in Niagara. Tours are typically offered three times daily. Contact us toll free at (877) 783-8900 for scheduled times.

Does the tour stop for lunch or dinner?
The Over the Falls Premier Tour and the Day Trip to Niagara Falls from New York City are the only tours that include a meal. All other guided tours do not allow time for a sit down meal, however you can get a quick snack while on a tour. We suggest eating your main meal before or after your tour.

What happens if I book a tour online and there is a subsequent change in tour price before the date of my tour?
While this rarely happens, we would honor the “time-of-tour price” or “booking price,” whichever is lower.

Group Tours

How much time should we allow our group to see the sights?
Over the Falls group tours of Niagara Falls are customized to meet individual needs and schedules. As a guideline, group tours generally last between three to four hours for sightseeing. You should add an additional one to one and a half hours of time if a meal will be included with your group tour.

What if we have our own bus?
Step-on guide service is available for groups that have with their own transportation. Reservations for step-on guide service can be made by calling our office toll free at (877) 783-8900.

Airport Transfers

What airports do you service?
Over the Falls provides transportation service to and from the Buffalo, Toronto, and Niagara Falls airports. We service individuals, groups, corporations, and all area accommodations.

Where do I get picked up for my airport service?
Over the Falls airport transportation provides convenient 24-hour, door-to-door service. Just let us know your pick-up and drop-off locations. Upon making your reservation, you will receive a detailed confirmation that informs you of exact airport pick-up procedures.

Can you pick me up at the airport and then take me on tour?
Yes. Over the Falls will coordinate your flight itinerary with our daily tour schedule so it is convenient for both your tour and travel plans. Airport transfers have separate fee schedules.

Will I receive assistance with my luggage?
Yes. Over the Falls drivers are professional and courteous. Providing assistance is part of our service.

Can I bring my golf clubs?
Yes. But please be sure to inform us of any oversized baggage when making your reservation in order to ensure sufficient space. An additional charge for oversized baggage applies.

Are your vehicles air-conditioned?
Yes. All Over the Falls vehicles are air-conditioned.

Are your vehicles handicapped accessible?
No, unfortunately not. You must be able to step into and out of our vehicles on your own or with the help from a member in your group. You can bring your own wheelchair (provided it folds up) or you can use one of the wheelchairs we have available for our customers in need. Please call ahead at (877) 783-8900 to make special arrangements.
