Over the Falls Tours Cancellation & Refund Policies

Sightseeing Tour Cancellation Policy
Passenger(s) have up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled tour time to call and cancel their tour with no penalty incurred. If passenger(s) cancel less than 24 hours prior to their scheduled tour time a 50% cancellation penalty will apply. There are no refunds for cancellations within two hours of scheduled tour time. “No Shows” are non-refundable.

Administrative fees apply to tours that are reserved and cancelled within a 24-hour period. All refunds and/or changes may be subject to a processing fee. Over the Falls Tours, Inc. will not issue refunds due to circumstances beyond our control.

Group Tour & Charter Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 15 days prior to the first scheduled service date will incur no additional penalties; however, your deposit is non-refundable. If services are canceled less than 15 days prior to the first scheduled service date, a 50% penalty of the total service cost will apply. There are no refunds for cancellations within seven days of first scheduled service date.  Deposits, rescheduled services, and “No Shows” are non-refundable. Over the Falls Tours, Inc. will not issue refunds due to circumstances beyond our control.

Airport Transportation Cancellation Policy
Reservations for Airport Transportation must be cancelled 24 hours or more prior to your scheduled pick-up time or originally scheduled flight arrival time to qualify for a refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours are non-refundable. Services may be rescheduled. Rescheduling fees may apply.

Passenger(s) are required to follow pick-up instructions provided. If passenger(s) are not present or on time for their scheduled pick-up time or originally scheduled flight arrival time they will be considered a “No Show.” If passenger(s) cannot locate their driver, they are required to call Over the Falls Tours, Inc. to avoid being considered a “No Show.”  “No Shows” are non-refundable.

Over the Falls Tours, Inc. will not issue refunds for flight delays, missed flights, cancelled flights, traffic delays, or any other circumstance beyond our control.

Hotel Packages Cancellation Policy
Hotel cancellation policies vary and are subject to the policies of each individual hotel property. Most hotels require 72 hours prior notice of cancellation.

How to Cancel a Service Reservation
All cancellations must be called into 716-283-8900 or toll free 1-877-783-8900 between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
